Executive Assistence (H/M/X)
Functions:
– You support in the areas of strategy, transformation & leadership management
– You handle internal and external correspondence in English (if possible also german)
– You take over the appointment coordination, plan meetings and take over the follow-up of e-mails.
– You create presentations for different target groups.
– You also organize business trips.
– You take over the preparation and follow-up of meetings
– You are involved in the organization and execution of events.
– You research a wide variety of topics and prepare the data accordingly in a way that is suitable for management.
– Preparation and preparation of invoice verification and approval
Competences:
– Relevant professional experience if possible in the field of assistance
– Experienced handling of common Office applications
– Very good knowledge of of English
– Interest in substantive topics and willingness to take responsibility for them
– Obliging and friendly appearance

Required:
– Business administration, economics or equivalent professional qualification.
– All Microsoft Office applications, SAP, Success Factors (if possible)
– Experience From 2 years to 5 years
– Languages: English – B2 / German B2
