Material Management (Zaragoza)

The purpose of this position is to ensure an efficient material management process. This involves the confirmation of delivery dates and the continous tracking of orders and status’s of the orders. Appropriate actions will need to be taken to secure delivery dates with key partners and resolve any resulting problems.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:

– To manage the material management processes within the BLC, ensuring efficient performance.

– To monitor/a regularly the order status and provide updates in the business.

– To provide confirmation of delivery dates to key stakeholders/customers.

– To receive, track and validate the orders and confirm delivery dates.

– To take actions where appropriate to resolve any queries in a timely manner.

¿Qué ofrecemos?
EDUCATION: Graduated Degree in a business discipline such as sales, operations, supply chain

EXPERIENCE IN A RELATED BUSINESS DISCIPLINE: At least 5 years of operational management in an automotive or industrial / manufacturing business working within sales, customer service, supply chain functions.

IT SKILLS : Knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Supply Chain Management Software

LANGUAGE: High English level
