PART TWO: WRITING (4 points)

Choose ONE topic. Write about 100–150 words. (Use your own words and structures.)

OPTION A: Do you think working while studying is a good idea? Why or why not?

MODEL ANSWER:

I believe that working while studying can be a good idea, but only if it is done in moderation. Having a part-time job helps students develop important skills, such as time management, responsibility, and independence. These qualities are very useful not only in school but also in future jobs.

In addition, students can earn some money, which gives them more freedom and helps them support their studies. However, it is important that students do not work too many hours. If they do, they may feel stressed and their grades can suffer.

In conclusion, having a part-time job can be very positive if students know how to balance their work and studies properly.
